Creation of a WBS for a project however large or small should be mandatory ! Within Primavera P3e you must code the work scope by an appropriate WBS and relate all activities to it. <p> <p> A WBS created prior to the start of a project and hopefully generic across the company makes people focus on the tasks and deliverables to achieve the project goals.
