An assessment of critical resource requirements (e.g. labour, filling/blending capacity,base oils etc) across product families (vs. SKUs) over an extended time horizon (typically 6-24 months). Based on assumptions (e.g. mix of SKUs per family, average line output).Provides ability to run scenarios "off line" from MPS (Master Production Schedule). Please note that RCCP can be applied to the following constrained resources: Manufacturing (normally only machinery and people) Materials (any item present in the bill of Materials) Logistics (trucks availability by type) Storage (warehouse space)
