Process Development Plan

From Neil Cadman - OMS Consultant, North Africa Region: For OMS in the functional model - the UPSTREAM LEAD for the DEFINE function (the function which is accountable for defining how the Operating Functions - GOO, GWO and GPO - achieve conformance to a particular OMS sub element) is accountable for defining the Path to Conformance (P2C). This lists processes judged to be required for OMS conformance. The Process Development Plan (PrDP) gives detail on the timescale for development and implementation of these processes.
