Mini Fall-Off Test

One of the steps in the calibration treatment sequence of a mini-frac injection test. It consists of a small or short injection test that may or may not create a fracture. This test requires the injection of a non-polymer fluid which results in large fluid loss rate. It also requires a low injection rate in order for the radial flow regime to be observed during injection or shortly after closure. This test allows the integration of information for analysis of pre- and after- closure analysis.
