Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) from a Gas Turbine (GT) is used to generate steam that is fed into a Steam Turbine (ST) used for electrical generation. This is major component of Combined Cycle (CC) power generation that increases efficiency, reduces emissions and provides for a gasification process that can break down exhaust gas into it's constituents to produce/capture the separated gases for added value.
