FELR meaning in oil and gas

An acronym used on the ACG field (and elsewhere?) to describe an end-of-well report with all formation tops, description of the logging runs and tables of log data. Now more commonly seen as the "Formation Evaluation" report, which still contains the tops but ditches the log data tables in favour of descriptions of units and comments on the logging runs. This is often still referred to as the FELR though.
