Chemistry & Productivity Management Process

CPMP is a work process mutually developed by a major oil and gas company Amoco Exploration's Overthrust Assets in the WGBU & the Overthrust's specialty chemical supplier, Baker Petrolite. Focused at the local asset level, CPMP can lower lifiting costs, raise production and may improve capex efficiency. This is accomplished through utilization of supplier expertise in chemical management and nontraditional supplier involvement in lifting cost and production issue problem solving.
