Upon entering into eXcellence, an personnel completes the Baseline Review which will identify where the personnel fits into the eXcellence Programme and where there are opportunities for development. From there, that personnel's future assignments may be selected or modified to address those opportunities. The Baseline Review is comprised of two elements: self-assessment and Team Leader review/agreement. The initial goals are to ensure the right entry point into the Roadmap and make sure the personnel is pointed in the right direction for the future. As the personnel continues along the Roadmap, the tool will be used to track annual progress and feed into the Development Review.
